A cement truck accident on I-16 eastbound between I-95 and Dean Forrest Road on July 30 closed the interstate down for hours.
According to reports, a cement truck and one other vehicle were involved in an accident that caused the truck to overturn, blocking eastbound traffic.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident, but officials did report that no one was injured as a result of the accident. The highway did not re-open until nearly 8 p.m.
