Serevent, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline, is prescribed to prevent asthma attacks and for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary heart disease. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Serevent in 1994.
Serevent has been linked to severe asthma episodes that are potentially life threatening among other safety concerns. The FDA asked that a “black box warning,” the FDA’s highest cautionary warning, be used on Serevent packaging. If you were injured due to Serevent use, do not hesitate to talk to an experienced pharmaceutical injury attorney. You may be eligible for compensation. If you lost a loved one, we may be able to help you pursue a wrongful death lawsuit.
