At the law offices of The Eichholz Law Firm, we strongly believe that being an active part of our local community is an important contribution that we can provide to residents in Savannah and it’s surrounding suburbs.
With this in mind, we are proud to announce our support and collaboration with Savannah’s Center for Domestic Violence and their effort to collect used cell phones and / or non perishable food items which are to be donated to women that have a record of being battered or abused and provide them with the ability to call 9-1-1 if they are in an emergency situation.
All records of the cell phones are deleted prior to being given to these woman and as the shelter received more than 1,550 crisis calls in 2013, we feel this is a very worthy cause and urge all Savannah residents to participate.
While the shelter was able to raise more than $2,000 in 2013, it’s our goal to help increase that amount to $4,000 and we need your help to accomplish that task!
