A multistate outbreak of listeriosis has been connected to Rocky Ford cantaloupes from Jensen Farms in Holly, Colorado.  As of November 2011, 29 deaths have been confirmed due to the contaminated cantaloupe, according to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Only whole Rocky Ford cantaloupe that was shipped from Jensen Farms between July 29, 2011 and September 10, 2011 were contaminated.
