Brian Kennedy

A problem solver who meets challenges with creativity and hard work, Brian’s approach to law is grounded in compassion and the pursuit of justice for his clients.

Raised in Savannah, Brian attended Benedictine Military School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University, majoring in political science. After seeing firsthand from a family member and other practicing lawyers how challenging and rewarding the profession can be, Brian decided to become an attorney. He attended law school in Atlanta at Georgia State University’s College of Law.

In 2018, Brian returned to his hometown of Savannah, where he began practicing law. He is licensed in Georgia and specializes in auto accident, slip-and-fall (premises liability), and negligent security cases. In 2020, Brian became the newest member of The Eichholz Law Firm and has settled several six-figure cases for TELF clients.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his large family, reading, and getting outdoors for a run, a round of golf, or a game of basketball.
