Brooke Fitzgerald
At a very young age, Brooke decided she wanted to be a lawyer to have a platform to help people. Believing that every person deserves justice, she has spent her entire career fighting for victims, both as a prosecutor and in civil cases.
Brooke was raised in West Union, West Virginia, where she lived until she attended college at West Virginia University. She eventually moved back to her hometown in 2009 when she was elected Prosecuting Attorney of Doddridge County, an office she was reelected to three times.
Having spent much of her career as a prosecutor, she brings years of courtroom and negotiation experience to help victims get fairly compensated for their losses.
Licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Georgia, Brooke is also a member of the National District Attorney’s Association, West Virginia Bar Association, and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
Brooke lives in Richmond Hill with her husband and children. In her spare time she enjoys boating, baking, and playing several musical instruments including the piano, flute, and xylophone. She’s deeply committed to serving her community and volunteers through her church as well as with local animal rescues.
