Lindsey Gibson

With a career spent advocating for the rights of others, Lindsey Gibson brings compassion and an expert understanding of the complexities of social security disability benefits to every case she manages.

A native of Central Pennsylvania, Lindsey earned her BA in Philosophy and Political Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2018, she obtained her paralegal certificate from Boston University. Before joining the team at The Eichholz Law Firm in April 2022, Lindsey acted as referral coordinator and paralegal for a small personal injury firm in Harrisburg, PA, advocating for survivors of sexual abuse against large institutions, and briefly served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in South Dakota, where she assisted an anti–human trafficking nonprofit with capacity building and program development. Before earning her EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney) certification, Lindsey was a paralegal in the Workers’ Compensation/Social Security department at TELF.

Lindsey is a former color guard performer with several world-class ensembles nationwide. She has since transitioned into teaching the activity at various schools on the East Coast. In her free time, Lindsey can be found lounging with her dog, Night Train, or grabbing brunch with friends on the Savannah River.
