Brian’s work is grounded in compassion and pursuing justice for others. After graduating from Georgia Southern University with his Bachelor of Science in political science, Brian attended Georgia State University College of Law. Any doubts he may have had about pursuing a career in law quickly dissolved as he met and learned from some of the best trial lawyers in the United States. With admiration he would watch these lawyers move the spirits of their clients from despair to joy as they successfully advocated for rights. Witnessing these life-altering interactions lit a fire inside of Brian that would lead him to uphold the same dedication and passion for the clients he would one day serve.
In 2018, Brian returned to his hometown of Savannah, Georgia, where he began practicing law. In 2020, he became the newest member of The Eichholz Law Firm and has settled several six-figure cases in the last year. While these monetary awards provide the comfort owed to his clients, for Brian it is less about the dollars and more about the peace provided to them. Nothing makes him prouder than finishing a case and receiving genuine praise from a client for doing what he feels is simply his life’s calling.
In the rare moments Brian is not in the trenches for his clients, you will find him spending time with friends, giving his nine nieces and nephews anything their parents say “no” to, or simply escaping outside for a run or round of golf. Brian believes that through virtue and dedication, it is always the perfect time to “do the next right thing.”
