David Eichholz, Esq
Managing Partner
An advocate for the underdog since his youth, David was inspired by his grandfather and father to pursue a career in law. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and studying abroad in Australia at Macquarie University, David enrolled at the Florida Coastal School of Law. In 2007, he graduated cum laude, ranking in the top ninth percentile of his class. Shortly after, he returned to his hometown of Savannah, Georgia and joined The Eichholz Law Firm. Just five months after receiving his Juris Doctor, he became licensed to practice law in Tennessee. By the end of 2009, David was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of South Carolina, respectively. His current admissions include the Supreme Court of Tennessee and all State Courts in Tennessee; United States District Court for Northern, Southern, and Middle District of Georgia; Supreme Court of Georgia; Georgia Court of Appeals; United States District Court of South Carolina; and Supreme Court of South Carolina.
David’s relentless fight for justice and the rights of injury victims has earned him esteem as a mentor, a track record of recovering multiple million-dollar settlements for clients, and several accolades and awards.
In securing settlements of $5 million to $11 million—David has seen it all. Though the cases are often full of complexities other attorneys would shy away from, he eagerly takes on the challenge to bring peace and justice to individuals and families.
The fights nearest to David’s heart are those for causes greater than himself. For David, the greatest display of social responsibility is through selfless action. He is an annual contributor to numerous organizations throughout the community such as United Way of the Coastal Empire, Rambam Day School, the Jewish Educational Alliance, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, SAFE Shelter, the Savannah Jewish Federation, and Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless. David cherishes the opportunity to actively participate in many of the community outreach events that he supports throughout the year such as the Blessings in a Bookbag Turkey Giveaway, the Big Savannah Toy Drive, and the Reach Our Youth Community Christmas Party.
While it may be hard to imagine David away from the legal world, he does find time for the occasional game of tennis or pickleball. A lover of all things Georgia Bulldogs, you may also catch him pulling out hairs over a good nail biter.
David often quotes the words of Sarah Caldwell: “Learn everything you can, anytime you can, from anyone you can. There will always come a time you will be grateful you did.” He believes learning, leading, and networking with his peers are vital to his success and key to impacting the lives of others.
